Pregnancy and Diet FAQ
What if my doctor has put me on a specific diet?
Of course I want you to always listen to your doctor first. He or she
knows what you need and is carefully monitoring you during your
pregnancy. But you will soon see that all of the foods recommended in
What to Eat While Pregnant are also highly recommended by almost every
doctor and medical professional. And if there are certain foods you
have been told to stay away from, you can simply eliminate those foods
and choose from the large number of other foods I give you.
What if I have been told not to exercise?
Again, if doctor’s orders are not to exercise then that is what you must
follow. The exercise component of the What to Eat While Pregnant
program is just one component of the whole program and it will still be
important, as a matter of fact, vital, for you to follow a
healthy nutrition program during your pregnancy to ensure you are
nourishing yourself and your growing baby the right way. You will still
get an incredible amount of valuable information that you will be able
to put to good use from each video, even without using the exercise
component.
What if I have gestational diabetes?
Being diagnosed with gestational diabetes is an even greater reason to
follow this program! I have had women regulate their diabetes by just
using the information contained in these videos, without the use of
drugs or insulin. The method of food combining and food choices I teach
you are perfect for regulating high blood sugar. If you can get your
blood sugar regulated naturally and keep your gestational diabetes under
control that will make for a much easier and safer pregnancy for you
and your baby.
What if I have food allergies?
If there are certain food you are allergic to and absolutely can’t eat,
no matter what, you can simply eliminate those foods and replace them
with choices that are more suitable for you. If you can’t eat certain
foods, they just do not become a part of your pregnancy nutrition
plan…simple!
